Maker Agreement

By registering on Maker Studio you agree to list only genuine products you have the right to sell, to describe them accurately and to ship within your stated handling time.

Kraftshed charges a referral commission (default 10%, shown in your seller settings) on the item price of each sale. Payment gateway charges are included in this commission.

Payouts are made to your verified bank account on a weekly cycle for orders delivered and past the return window.

Sellers must honour returns within their stated window and respond to buyer questions within 2 working days.

Repeated late shipments, high return rates or policy violations may result in suspension.

GST invoicing is the seller's responsibility. Kraftshed provides order reports to assist with compliance.
